Their Future Starts at Tallulah Falls School

"No one portion of our state's assets can be dearer to us than our boys and girls." - Mrs. Mary Ann Lipscomb, Tallulah Falls School Founder and First Director

With this thought in mind the founders of Tallulah Falls School (TFS) established a philosophy for education for our faculty, staff and administration, which enhances and calls forth their full potential, knowing that the future belongs to our youth!

As we approach our Centennial year here at TFS the Board of Trustees, Administration, Faculty and Staff work to ensure that TFS remains true to the vision of its founders in providing the gift of quality education to our youth. We are truly grateful for the past and continuing support of our owners, the Georgia Federation of Women's Clubs and to the Lettie Pate Evans Foundation for their financial support and guidance.

Partners in Success... The quality education that a TFS student receives does not come cheaply. It takes a partnership of caring, concerned groups and individuals to supply the resources needed to ensure success. The average cost to educate each TFS student each year nears $50,000. The ongoing upkeep of a 100 year old campus and the continued growth in our use of technology along with our outstanding academic and extracurricular activities entails a growing strain on our annual budget. Additionally, TFS continues to ensure that a private college preparatory education is not beyond the reach of most families. Our tuition costs are much below the national average for a boarding and day program of our caliber. Furthermore, we continue to be a leader in the granting of need-based tuition assistance each year. Over 70% of our students receive some financial assistance with their tuition each year.

We are seeking individuals, corporations and alumni who appreciate that an investment in education provides life long value and pays dividends far in excess of the initial cost. A donation towards education is truly "a gift that keeps on giving." For many TFS students, their future truly starts here. Through our small class sizes and strong academic programs our students not only reach their goals here at TFS but are able to live their dreams by attending great colleges and universities throughout the United States.

We invite you to help us ensure that Their Future Starts here...for many years to come.
