BOYS
The Indians, ranked #10 coming into Saturday's matchup, took on #5-ranked Galloway in a meeting of top-ten teams. The Indians held close throughout the first quarter, trailing 17-9 going into the second. The first quarter saw Galloway hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to stretch the lead, but Simeon Respress lit up the crowd with a thunderous block early on.
The visitors pulled away in the second despite some solid shooting by Anfernee Hanna. The deficit was too much to overcome, as Galloway handed TFS a 62-33 loss. The boys saw their 9-game winning streak end, and are now 12-3 overall and still 5-0 in region play.
