Lady Indians second, Indians third at Battle of the Blue Ridge
The TFS track & field teams traveled the short distance to Habersham Central for the Battle of the Blue Ridge meet. The Lady Indians finished second, while the boys finished third overall among stiff competition.
The following athletes earned top-three finishes in their respective events:
GIRLS
- Lucy Alexander - 1st in 800 M; 2nd in 1600 M; 2nd in 3200 M
- Macy Murdock - 1st in 300 MH; 2nd in 100 MH
- 4x400 Relay - 1st
- Lucy Ladd - 1st in Long Jump; 3rd in 100 M
- Julianne Shirley - 3rd in High Jump
BOYS
- Grey Bourlet - 1st in 110 MH; 1st in 300 MH; 2nd in Pole Vault
- Simeon Respress - 1st in High Jump; 1st in Long Jump
- Evan Prince - 1st in 1600 M
- 4x800 Relay - 2nd
