MS baseball walks off in 10-9 thriller to close season

The TFS MS baseball team won 10-9 in dramatic fashion in the season finale against Veritas Christian. It was Elijah Barker playing the role of hero with the game-winning RBI to score Wyatt Franks.

Wyatt Dorsey led offensively with timely hits including a triple and four stolen bases.

"What a year it's been," says coach Dustin Rogers. "I get emotional thinking about how this crazy group of kids has come together from our first day on the diamond to now. We talked about leaving everything out on the field today, and make no mistake about it...we gave 110% if that's even possible. I'm just so proud of my boys!"

The Indians finish the 2021 season 7-5.
