Indians blanked at Athens Academy

The Indians dropped a 3-0 decision at Athens Academy on Friday in the regular season finale. TFS was making up the game, as it was originally slated to be played on Wednesday.

Athens Academy claimed the outright region title and pushed the Indians to the 3rd seed out of Region 8-A Private. That forces TFS to go on the road for the first round of the state tournament, which is slated to begin next week on April 13 at Fellowship Christian.

The Indians are 10-4-1 overall, and will be playing in a second-straight GHSA State Playoff.
