As the World Watches Soccer, a TFS Graduate Builds a Career in the Global Game

When Simeon Conjagic left his hometown of Sabac, Serbia, to attend Tallulah Falls School, he brought with him a passion for soccer, learning, and life itself. That journey has since carried him to Belgium, Italy, and the world of professional soccer. Along the way, he discovered that the game offers opportunities far beyond playing, inspiring him to pursue a career helping shape the future of the sport and its athletes.

For Conjagic, soccer shaped his education, career goals, and vision for the future.

After graduating from TFS, he attended Karel de Grote University in Antwerp, Belgium, where he completed his bachelor's degree. His academic work centered on the game he has loved since childhood. His senior thesis examined how private ownership influences European soccer clubs, exploring how business decisions affect club identity and the traditions that connect teams with their supporters.

Now, Conjagic is preparing for the next step in an international career built on his lifelong passion for the game. This fall, Conjagic will begin a highly selective master's program at Cattolica University in Milan, Italy, with first-round admission to a program that admits only 30 students.

But Conjagic's education extended far beyond the classroom.

Recently, he earned his FIFA agent license, one of the most challenging accomplishments of his young career. Preparing for the FIFA Agent Exam required months of intensive study and mastery of nearly 1,000 pages of FIFA regulations. He strengthened his preparation through coursework with FIFA agent John Print, completed more than 100 mock exams, and dedicated countless hours to studying.

His hard work paid off. Conjagic scored above the required passing threshold while simultaneously completing a mandatory internship in Milan with Sportech Academy and finishing his university thesis.

Soccer has always been central to his life. After a tryout with Belgian club Beerschot VA, however, Conjagic made a difficult decision. Rather than continue pursuing a playing career, he chose to explore other ways to make an impact in the sport.

He earned a coaching license and quickly discovered that coaching often focuses on wins and losses rather than long-term development. That realization helped shape a new vision for his future: helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Conjagic hopes to establish a soccer agency that supports athletes beyond contracts and competition. His vision includes guidance in nutrition, physical development, and personal growth, helping young players navigate the demands and pressures of professional sports.

"The life of a football agent is fast-paced and always changing," Conjagic said. "The industry requires adaptability, resilience, and quick decisions. Each day offers a new challenge and opportunity."

Although his career has taken him across Europe, Conjagic says the lessons he learned at Tallulah Falls School continue to influence his life.

He credits Tallulah Falls School's supportive community, both inside the classroom and within the boarding program, with helping him develop the discipline and patience that now guide his professional ambitions.

From Serbia to TFS to the international soccer world, Conjagic's journey continues to unfold. And while his path may span multiple countries and cultures, his goal remains simple: helping young athletes find opportunities, overcome challenges, and build better futures through the game he has always loved.
