Tuition & Affordability

Students cheering at induction

At Tallulah Falls School, tuition provides only part of the cost of educating a student. The difference between tuition and the total cost is made up through the philanthropic donations of the Lettie Pate Evans Foundation, our endowment, and other annual funds and contributions.

Since expenses to educate each day student amount to approximately $30,000 annually, the actual tuition cost represents a significant savings for each family.

2026-27 Tuition Rates

Student Rate
Lower School - Day Student $14,100
Middle School - Day Student $15,800
Upper School - Day Student $16,100
U.S. Resident Boarding Student $59,800
International Boarding Student $64,800

In addition to need-based aid, merit aid is available to qualified students based on grade point average each calendar year.

Tallulah Falls School offers a unique tuition freeze program. While the school's base tuition rate may increase over time, each student's base tuition rate remains fixed and frozen at the point of entry. When Lower School or Middle School students advance, the new rate will reflect the student's initial enrollment year.

Tuition covers instruction, a laptop, books, laboratory equipment and materials, athletic privileges, most art supplies, music and drama instruction, room & board for boarding students, lunch for day students, and some off-campus activities and trips.

"The financial aid we have received from TFS has been such a blessing for our family. Our children are in an environment where they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We love the school's emphasis on character and appreciate the positive impact it has had on our boys. We will forever be grateful for the support that has made it possible for us to send our kids to TFS."
