TFS coaches name of the Week for Dec. 18-23
Tallulah Falls School coaches have selected their Indian athletes of the week for December 18-23.
MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRL
Seventh-grader Addy McCoy of Cornelia was named an Indian of the week by middle school girls basketball coach Sharae Long. “Addy stepped up this week and had top notch, back-to-back performances,” Long said. “She played great defense, ran the floor scored and encouraged her team to two victories. Her presence on the court is becoming quite intimidating to our opponents. Addy has been working hard to improve her game and her hard work is definitely paying off.”
MIDDLE SCHOOL BOY
Eighth-grader Will Seaman of Tallulah Falls was selected as an Indian of the Week by middle school boys coach Tom Tilley. “Will had a team season high of nine steals versus rival Highlands in a 28-15 win,” Tilley said. “He also dove on seven loose balls. Will’s level of hustle is unprecedented.”
