TFS having early success after first day of State Championships

 
 

The TFS Track & Field teams wrapped up Day One of the 1A Private GHSA State Championships at McEachern High School in Powder Springs. With mostly preliminary events taking place, many individuals secured a spot in the finals.

Here are the Day One TFS results:

BOYS

  • Evan Prince - 10th in 3200; 4th in 800 Prelims (Qualified for Finals)
  • Grey Bourlet - 1st in 110 MH Prelims (Qualified for Finals); 3rd in 300 MH Prelims (Qualified for Finals)
  • 4x400 Relay - 4th in Prelims (Qualified for Finals)

GIRLS

  • Lucy Ladd - 9th in Long Jump
  • Julianne Shirley - 13th in High Jump
  • 4x800 Relay - 6th
