Dodd, Johnson both take top spot as MS cross country excels at Towns County

TFS MS cross country took on Towns County in an away meet on Tuesday afternoon. Both teams excelled, with the Lady Indians earning the top spot, and the boys coming in as runner-up.

The boys were paced by Gavin Dodd, who came in first overall with a time of 11:49. Ryan Anderson and Sam Belk also placed in the top 10 for the boys' race. The girls were first behind Delaney Johnson's 1st-place finish with a team-best 13:57, and Avery Keim was right on her heels at 14:10, placing second. Olivia Henderson completed the 1-3 finish for the girls.
