MS baseball wins 19-2 at Veritas Christian

The TFS MS baseball team earned a 19-2 blowout win at Veritas Christian on Wednesday afternoon.

Chase Pollock struck out 13 batters and picked up the win, while Wyatt Dorsey recorded four hits. Dorsey had an inside-the-park homerun, a pair of doubles, and a single, finishing a triple shy of the cycle. Drew Barron had two doubles.

"Our bats woke up," says coach Dustin Rogers. "It was like a video game. Every at-bat we just trusted the process and knew we had a chance to do something. I'm proud of these guys. Great hitting is contagious. Today, our guys were feeding off each other."

The Indians are now 6-5 overall on the season.
