Brianna Walter - Precision Rifle

Brianna Walter has set 3 new school records this season. She shot a 3x10 score of 297 against Riverside Prep on 11/9. In the same match, she set a new standing record of 98. She set a new kneeling record with a perfect 100-10x against North Forsyth on 10/26. She's shot above the 292 individual state qualifying score at every match she's shot in so far this season. Beyond that, she's become a wonderful part of the school community. She founded our skateboarding club this year, she excels in the classroom, and she's become an active part of our boarding community. We're thankful to have her at Tallulah. -coach Katie Keister

Jay Taylor - Basketball

Jay Taylor has performed at a high level over the last month. He has contributed in every major category. -coach Cody Coleman

Nora Mitchell - Basketball

Nora loves to compete, and this competitive spirit is evident in the way she plays. With only 4 games under her belt, She is averaging 7 points per game, 6 steals per game, and 3 rebounds per game. She is tough, tenacious, and not afraid to go get the ball. I love the effort and grit she brings to practices and games. Not only does she elevate the play of those around her, but she challenges them to be better. -coach Jenny Long

West Ridlehoover - Basketball

West continues to be a hard worker on and off the court. West is one of two 6th-graders on the boys A basketball team. West has done everything that has been asked of him, and he has made his way into the starting rotation early this season. West is the type of player that all coaches want on their team. He shows grit, puts others first, and is always on the ground chasing the loose ball on defense. West continues to find ways to lead on our team and is a pleasure to work with. -coach Nathan Stanley
