MS girls lose road match at Summit Charter

The MS Lady Indians traveled to Summit Charter and lost 5-0 on Monday evening. 

"The girls show showed much improvement today," says coach Laura Higbie.

TFS was down 3-0 at halftime and allowed only two the rest of the way. 

The score was 0 to 3 at halftime and we only allowed 2 more goals in the second half.

"An outstanding defensive line led by Nora Mitchell and Emily Savage as well as goalkeeper Elizabeth Hilson kept a very strong offensive attack contained as much as possible," adds Higbie. "All 15 players received playing time tonight, and I am encouraged by the aggressiveness shown in the second half of the match."

The girls are now 0-2 on the season.
