Swinton leads Lady Indians to 4th-place finish; Indians 7th in opening meet
The MS track and field teams traveled to Hebron Christian on Thursday for their season-opening meet.
The Lady Indians finished 4th out of eight teams, while the Indians came in 7th. Ca'Rin Swinton was runner-up in both the 200-meter and 100 meter hurdles. The following came in the top-5 in their respective event:
Lady Indians
- Ca'Rin Swinton - 2nd in 200, 2nd in 100 MH, 4th in 100
- Linda White - 3rd in Long Jump, 5th in 800
- Gabby Oliver - 4th in 3200
