Lady Indians finish 4th as Higgins comes in 6th

The Lady Indians carded a total 2-day score of 351 to place 4th in the GHSA State Championships at Willow Lakes in Metter.

After sitting in 5th-place after the first day with a 179, the girls moved up a position with a 172. Mallory Higgins came in 6th-place individually with a 167 over the tournament, finishing 11-over par. Madeline Martin came in 15th with a 184. Raegan Duncan (197) came in 24th and Lily Turpin (268) placed 42nd.

The 4th-place finish as a team bests last year's 5th-place, and is the best placing since 2021 and the Runner-Up finish.
