Campers will focus on developing fundamental skills and strategies while having fun and building confidence.

The baseball camp will involve fundamental skill instruction as well as fun games and competitions. The baseball camp will involve specific hitting skills.

Camp will focus on the fundamental skills of basketball as well as offensive and defensive concepts.

Precision Rifle camp will teach firearm safety, instruction on shooting positions, and introduction to Precision Rifle at TFS.

Soccer camp will focus on the fundamentals of soccer as well as offensive and defensive concepts.

Wear appropriate athletic attire, including cleats and shin guards (if you own them). Bring a water bottle and/or snack. If you do not own the equipment, just regular tennis shoes are fine.

TFS Tennis Youth Development camp. The tennis camp will involve specific fundamental skills, strategies, and game conditions as well as fun and confidence-building activities.

Bring a water bottle, snack and racket. Appropriate clothing and tennis shoes are required. Please consider the temperature.
JUNE 17-21 · 8:15 - 10:15 AM
Skills and drills associated with flexibility and footwork, agility and acceleration, speed and strength, and technique and training tips will be utilized to help athletes get faster.

Participants will experience various trails and waterfalls in the area, recovery options, and leadership opportunities.

Bring hiking shoes, appropriate hiking attire, and a water bottle.
JUNE 10-14 · 10 - 11:30 AM
Camp will focus on strength and power fundamentals, skill development and proper execution of lifts associated with improving athletic performance. Physical concepts such as athletic balance, integrated strength and power, and movement patterns through specific exercises will be emphasized. Maxing out and individual training programs are not the focus of this camp.
Led by former Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at University of South Carolina, University of Notre Dame, University of New Mexico, and former Head Women’s S&C Coach University of Minnesota Dianna Neal (TFS Strength & Conditioning Coordinator).
