TFS coaches select Indians of the Month for November

Tallulah Falls School coaches have named four Indians of the Month for the November.

Middle School Boy

Seventh grader Trevor Bramlett of Clarkesville was selected as an Indian of the Month by middle school boys basketball ‘C’ squad coach Paul Sweeney. “Trevor is a GREAT athlete,” Sweeney said. “In practice, he leads by example. He plays hard, listens well, and encourages the other players. He does not offer excuses when things go wrong. Instead he asks what he can do to get better.”

Middle School Girl

Seventh grader Bailey Aderholdt of Eastanollee was named an Indian of the Month by middle school girls basketball coach Randy Morris. “Bailey displayed her leadership as co-captain as she led our girls to victories against Hebron Christian Academy and Woody Gap,” Morris said.“Her presence is always felt under the basket by the opposition. She has great rebounding skills, and has already scored 28 points this season.”

Varsity Boy

Josey Keene, a senior from Demorest, was named an Indian of the Month by varsity basketball coach Jim Van Hooser. “Josey led the team in scoring during our recent 3-0 start,” Van Hooser said. “He contributed to the team’s success in numerous ways in addition to his scoring. He has had steals, rebounds and has scored from all over the court including dunks, three point shots, and buzzer beaters. He is a real leader on and off the court.”

Varsity Girl

Freshman Alia Bly of Clayton was selected as an Indian of the Month by varsity cheerleading coach Jane Shoemaker. “Alia is our only freshman and has had a great challenge learning all the new routines,” Shoemaker said. “She works hard and always has a positive attitude. She is loved by her team and her coaches.”
