TFS students roll up sleeves to serve

Another group of Tallulah Falls School students spent a week this summer serving others.

Maredith Anderson, Collin Kelly, Selah Anderson, Emma Barrett, Anna Barrett and Eli Sims, representing First Presbyterian Church of Clarkesville, attended St. Simons Island Presbyterian Church: BRIDGE mission trip to Coastal Georgia June 25-30.

According to parent Desi Barrett, the students served food at a facility serving the homeless, painted and repaired the roof on a local church, painted picnic tables at a local recreation center, cleaned up trash along the marshes and helped girls at a children’s home move into a new facility.
