TFS honors 2019-20 Presidential Scholars
At Tallulah Falls School, high achievement translates to excellent grades, acceptance into a top-quality college or university and the personal satisfaction of a job well done.
And sometimes it’s about the T-shirt.
This year’s top students received shirts at the end of the academic year.
Additionally, during Honors Day ceremonies, President and Head of School Larry A. Peevy, TFS Board of Trustees Chairwoman Gail Cantrell and Assistant Dean of Students Dustin Rogers presented medals to middle school and upper school students earning Presidential Scholar academic status for both the fall and spring semesters.
A student earns a position on the Presidential Scholar List by maintaining a 4.0-grade point average, having no major discipline issues and by accruing fewer than 15 demerits for each semester and fewer than 30 demerits for the academic year.
