TFS falls to Elbert despite Thomas' homerun

The TFS Indians fell 10-2 to Elbert County on Saturday afternoon. The loss comes despite TFS notching its first homerun of the season by Trent Thomas. 

Elbert scored three in the first, two in the second, and three in the third to jump out to a quick 8-0 lead before TFS got a solo run in the fourth and sixth. Joel Miller had two hits and an RBI, while Thomas, Frankey Moree and Tate Shaw each had one hit. Chathan Clouatre took the loss on the mound after going three innings and allowing five earned runs, eight in total.

The Indians are 12-7 overall.
