TFS names middle school Students of the Month for January

 
 

Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for January in all grades as follows: 

Branson Duncan (Martin) - Fifth Grade

Fifth-grade teachers have selected Branson Duncan of Martin as the Student of the Month for January. Branson was chosen because of his enthusiasm for learning; he makes class fun. Branson is respectful of all his peers and teachers. We are proud of Branson! -Chrissy Van Hooser

Mia Kerr (Cleveland) - Sixth Grade

Sixth-grade teachers have selected Mia Kerr of Cleveland as the Student of the Month for January. Mia exudes a sweet and loving personality that is contagious. She leaves the classroom every day with a simple “Tootles” that will make anyone’s heart smile. Mia is always smiling and positive toward her teachers and peers. She is selfless, caring, and hardworking. Mia is a friend to all and offers a helping hand to any teacher or student in need. She makes sure that she completes all her classwork and homework and uses executive functioning skills to assist in bettering her day-to-day activities. Mia displays all the qualities of the Tallulah 12 and enjoyed her first year as a member of the Lady Indians basketball team. -Natasha McEntire

Gracie Ingram (Demorest) - Seventh Grade

Seventh-grade teachers have selected Gracie Ingram of Demorest as the Student of the Month for January. A quiet leader, Gracie excels in everything she does. She consistently produces quality work in her classes and is well-respected by her teachers and peers. Her tenacity of spirit is visibly evident in her character, and she shows her school pride on the basketball sidelines as a cheerleader. She is a true example of the best of Tallulah Falls Middle School. Congratulations, Gracie! You make us so proud! -Kim McClurg

Natalie Pinney (Toccoa) - Eighth Grade

Eighth-grade teachers have selected Natalie Pinney of Toccoa as the Student of the Month for January. Natalie lives out a humble determination to do everything with excellence; she has an eye for detail. Moreover, Natalie has a knack for helping others. Her character is marked by kindness, respect, and authenticity. -Hannah Gibson
