TFS names middle school Students of the Month for March

Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for March in all grades as follows: 

Easton Pollock - Fifth Grade

The fifth-grade teachers have chosen Easton Pollock of Toccoa as Student of the Month for March. Easton was selected because he always seeks to do the right thing, whether in the classroom, in the lunchroom, or at recess. He is very respectful and always follows the Tallulah 12. Easton is nice to every student and adult he reacts with at school. We are proud of Easton!

Josh Newell - Sixth Grade

The sixth-grade teachers have chosen Josh Newell of Sautee as Student of the Month for March. Josh was selected due to his many outstanding qualities. He is very polite and thinks of others. Josh strives to do his best, whether it's in academics or sports. He is a valuable member of the basketball and golf teams, and his positive attitude and hard work help to inspire his teammates. Josh also listens attentively to his teachers and follows their directions, which shows his respect and eagerness to learn. We are proud to honor him as the Student of the Month.

Veronica VerBerkmoes - Seventh Grade

The seventh-grade teachers have chosen Veronica VerBerkmoes of Toccoa as Student of the Month for March. One word that comes to mind when describing Veronica is energy. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she consistently lifts the spirits of her classmates and teachers with her humor and spontaneity. Throughout the year, she has performed quality work on all assignments and has treated students and teachers with kindness and respect. Veronica’s positive attitude, initiative, and hard work have also paid off outside of the classroom as a member of the swim team.  Congratulations, Veronica!

Isla Wagner - Eighth Grade

The eighth-grade teachers have chosen Isla Wagner of Sautee as Student of the Month for March. Isla deserves this award for many reasons, including her "can-do" spirit, determination when problem-solving, positive perspective, joyous energy, and kind heart. Congratulations, Isla!
