JV Indians drop double-header to Buford

For the first time this season, the JV Indians lost a contest. Tallulah Falls dropped both sides of a Thursday double-header at Buford. TFS lost 7-0 and 9-2.

The Indians gathered one hit in the opener, which came from Robert Grant, who also pitched 2.2 innings of relief and struck out 5.

The second game was a 9-2 loss in which TFS held a quick 1-0 lead in the first. Buford responded with a 4-run first, and added one in the third and 4 more in the fourth. Tallulah was held to 3 hits, with a pair including a triples coming from Chris Waldron, who also scored both runs. Diego Gonzalez added a double. Dylan Brooks and Wyatt Dorsey had RBIs. 

The Indians are now 8-2 on the season.
