MS track teams finish top-5 in MS Private School Championship
The TFS MS track & field teams competed Thursday at Hebron Christian in the MS Private School Championship meet. The boys finished 4th and the girls 5th.
The boys 4x100 Relay finished first and broke an 11-year-old TFS MS record. Teagan Penland won the 3200 for the boys and Brian Neely was first in the Triple Jump.
The following placed in the top-5 of their event:
GIRLS
- Ca'Rin Swinton (2nd in 200, 3rd in 100 MH, 4th in 100)
- Linda White (3rd in Long Jump)
- Megan Prince (4th in Long Jump, 4th in Triple Jump)
- 4x400 Relay (4th)
BOYS
- Teagan Penland (1st in 3200, 3rd in 1600)
- Brian Neely (1st in Triple Jump, 4th in Long Jump)
- 4x100 Relay (1st)
- Brody Irvin (2nd in Long Jump)
- Wyatt Fountain (3rd in 100, 5th in 200, 5th in High Jump)
- Ethan Phasavang (5th in 100 MH)
