JV Indians close season with 11-1 win over Rabun Gap

 
 

The JV Indians won a lopsided 11-1 contest at home on Tuesday evening to close their season against rivals Rabun Gap.

Tallulah Falls scored twice in the first, grabbed 3 in the second, 2 in the fourth, and 4 in the fifth on the way to the dominant win. TFS pounded out 7 hits, earned 10 walks, and took advantage of 3 errors.

Chris Waldron had 2 hits, 4 runs, and an RBI, Diego Gonzalez added 2 RBI, and Jackson Carlan had 2 hits. Griffin Harkness pitched a complete game to earn the win, going 5 innings while striking out 5 against just 2 hits and 3 walks while allowing one earned run.

TFS closes the season with a 10-3 overall record.
