MS Lady Indians end season with loss to Banks

The Lady Indians MS tennis team took on Banks County in the first round of the Southern Mountain League tournament, falling 4-1 to end their season.

"It was great to see our girls bounce back from Tuesday and really battle today," says coach Anthony Cox. "3-singles, where Gabriella Oliver played an excellent match, and both doubles matches were very close, so it could have gone either way. It was hot today in Homer, and we are extremely proud of the effort our Lady Indians showed today."

The Lady Indians finished their season with a 1-10 overall record.
