Middle School Students of the Month: November 2023

Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for November in all grades as follows: 

Sixth grade - Branson Duncan

Sixth-grade teachers have selected Branson Duncan of Martin as Student of the Month. Branson is always helpful to his fellow students. He is a young man of few words, but when he speaks, others listen to what he says. He is showing himself to be a strong leader. Branson has been working hard to keep his grades up and make good choices in his classes. Branson is a good representative of the Tallulah 12, especially winning and losing graciously and modeling patience.

Seventh grade - Mitike Kohler

Seventh-grade teachers have selected Mitike Kohler of Demorest as Student of the Month. Mitike is a new student at TFS this year, but it hasn’t taken her long to become a part of our seventh-grade family.  She has a quiet demeanor and shy smile but is tenacious and extremely hard-working.  She tackles even the most difficult tasks with grit and determination and sees everything through to the best of her ability.  One of her best qualities is perseverance.  We are so proud of Mitike!  Congratulations!

Eighth grade - Alex Jelly

Eighth-grade teachers have selected Alex Jelly of Clermont as Student of the Month for November. Alex always strives to do his best with any task and encourages those around him to do their best. He is a great team player and exhibits strong leadership abilities. With his attentiveness, positive attitude, and integrity, he makes an impact for good at our school.
