Girls relay sets school record, Rickman qualifies for state in two events to highlight Light in the Mountains Inv

 
 

Tallulah Falls hosted the Light in the Mountains Invitational on Saturday. The meet featured senior recognition for both Henry Rickman and Marija Ivanovic, while the former notched a pair of state qualifications and a girls relay team set a school record. Mattie Patterson also had a pair of state qualifications. FULL RESULTS

Rickman qualified for state with his time in the 100 Fly and 50 Free, while Patterson qualified with her 500 Free and 200 IM times. The girls 200 Medley Relay broke a school record set in 2022. The former time was 2:00.49, but Carsyn Griffis, Mattie Patterson, Madison Dampier, and Molly Rickman finished in 1:58.93, a full second-plus better.

  • Caden Polley - 1st in 100 Breast; 2nd in 100 Fly
