TFS Announces Middle School Students of the Month for February

Middle school teachers at Tallulah Falls School have named Students of the Month for February in all grades as follows: 

Sixth-grade teachers have selected David Borrow of Cornelia as sixth-grade Student of the Month for February. Devoted to achieving academic and athletic success, David has pushed himself and his fellow students in the classroom and at athletic venues. Recently, David took the challenge to learn more about building community in both arenas through humility and listening. While still at the top of his class and a very successful team player, David has begun developing that critical side of himself, which will make him a true leader. Keep up the excellent work, David! 

Seventh-grade teachers have selected Rachel McDowell of Cleveland as seventh-grade Student of the Month for February. Rachel is a dedicated student who strives to do her best in all classes. She is a wonderfully creative artist who uses her creativity to make beautiful art and create unique gifts for others. Rachel always displays kindness, cheerfulness, and a can-do attitude. She encourages and builds others up with her kind words and always offers a helpful hand. You can count on Rachel to brighten any room with her smile, enthusiasm, and positive energy. We are all so proud of Rachel!

Eighth-grade teachers have selected Reilly Cox of Cornelia as Student of the Month for February. Reilly works well with others and has a presence marked by respect and compassion for others. Reilly pursues excellence in everything he does. He shows quiet leadership in the classroom and on the tennis courts.
