Indians earn state berth with 3rd place finish at Area Championship

The Indians needed a playoff hole to get it, but earned the 3rd-place spot at the Area Championship Monday in Elberton to earn a state tournament bid. 

The team fired a 374 team score. Will Greene was the team low medalist with a 90, placing 11th individually. Rylee Smith was 13th (93), Tate Turpin 15th (94), Ryder Cantrell 18th (97), Jack Thomson 20th (98), and Hunter Bell 30th (113).
