Indians fall in Sweet 16 in 2-1 final

The #2-ranked Indians lost a 2-1 final at home in the Sweet 16 on Wednesday to #5-ranked Mt. Vernon.

Austin Ball recorded the lone goal off an assist from Jackson Cording. Kelton Reynolds had 12 saves.

"The boys started slowed and gave up an unfortunate goal seconds before halftime, but fought hard in the second half to get a chance at tying the game," says coach Jeremy Stille. "Overall, great season and very proud of the team and the family they created this year."

TFS closes at 15-2 overall on the season.
