Ways to Give

Every gift counts and we need your support!

This year, through The Tallulah Fund, your gifts will help provide scholarships and financial aid for new and returning students.

Georgia taxpayers may receive a dollar for dollar tax credit by redirecting a portion of their Georgia income tax to Tallulah Falls School for scholarships.

Ways to Give

Tallulah Falls School accepts gifts of cash, checks and appreciated assets, such as securities, real estate, or personal property.

Cash/Check

A gift in the form of cash or check will result in an immediate income tax deduction. Please send gifts to:

Tallulah Falls School
Advancement Department
P.O. Box 10
Tallulah Falls, Georgia 30573

Credit Card

Credit card gifts or payments may be made by calling 706-839-2021. If you wish, we can set up a monthly gift to be charged to your credit card.

Pledge Payments

While gifts to TFS are gladly accepted throughout the year, we also accept pledges at any time. Pledges should be paid before December 31; for your convenience, we will invoice you monthly until your pledge is settled.

Securities

Giving securities may be the most advantageous way to give. You may receive favorable tax consequences by giving stocks that have appreciated. TFS can accept readily marketable securities such as those traded on a stock exchange. Such gifts will most probably be sold immediately by the school. The value of the securities is the average of the high and low of the stock on the date of the gift. Please contact the TFS Advancement Office for more specific details concerning gifts of securities.

Company Matching Gifts

A number of companies have matching gift programs in which the company matches gifts made by employees or retirees. Please check with your company to see if they participate. For more information, please contact the Executive Director for Advancement at 706-839-2021.
