Indians of the Week: April 29-May 4

TFS has named the Indians of the Week for the week of April 29-May 4. This week's selections are Dani Prince and Chase Pollock for the high school. MORE INDIANS OF THE WEEK

Dani Prince - Track & Field

Senior multi-year captain Dani Prince led off the 4x1, 4x2, and 4x4 relays at the A-D1 Section B track & field meet, helping each to qualify to the state championships with season best times. The 400m relay moved to #3 on the TFS Legacy List, 800m relay to #2, and the 4x4 relay to #4. Dani has led the relays throughout high school, providing stability and assurance. Because of a protest, the 400m relay had to be run again; instead of an excuse, Dani helped her teammates recognize the opportunity, which they quickly seized with a half second season best. She is a GREAT leader and teammate! -coach Scott Neal

Chase Pollock - Baseball

Chase Pollock has been fantastic for us on the mount in the postseason. Over 3 starts he has pitched 19 innings while only allowing 1 earned run with 20 strikeouts! -coach Justin Pollock
