Kate Trotter - Swimming

HS Girl

Kate Trotter has shown determination to improve in practice. She met her goal this weekend at the winter snow invitational dropping 5 seconds in her 100-yard breaststroke. Kate also swam in two relays, scoring points for her team to finish 1st overall. -coach Rachel Nichols

Kyrstian Jankiewicz - Basketball

HS Boy

Krystian Jankiewicz led the TFS JV boys scoring with 17 in a close loss to Hebron Christian on Friday night.  Krystian also led the team in offensive rebounds, total rebounding, and steals. -coach Matt Crotta

Josie Plaisted - Basketball

MS Girl

Indian of the Week for middle school girls' basketball is Josie Plaisted. Josie showed last week how much effort she's been putting into paying attention during practice. Her defense was top-notch; she drove in multiple times and scored her first basket. Josie is a quiet leader who lets her actions do the talking. She asks questions and works each day to get better. I look forward to seeing Josie grow throughout the remainder of the season! -coach Jennifer Cox

Walker Wright - Swimming

MS Boy

Walker Wright is our nominee for this week. Walker spends his time in practice working to improve his endurance, technique, and starts. His work paid off as shown at the Winter Snow invitational when he dropped a collective 20 seconds in his individual events. Walker also seeks to be a good teammate. He encourages his teammates through tough sets and at meets. -coach Rachel Nichols
