College Fair set for April 28

Representatives from 23 colleges and universities will be on campus to meet with students and parents on Thursday, April 28.

Additionally, Hal Wilkinson with the Georgia Student Finance Commission will meet with seniors in a separate session.

This is the third opportunity provided for students to meet with college admissions representatives this year, according to Guidance Counselor Bobby Hammond, III.

Times for students will be as follows:  9:15-9:45 a.m., freshmen; 9:45-10:30 a.m., sophomores; 10:30-11:15 a.m., juniors and 11:15-noon, parents. The college fair will take place in the student center.

Parking for parents will be available in the main parking lot below the upper school.

Colleges and universities represented will include: College of Coastal Georgia; Armstrong State University; Purdue University; Georgia College; Johnson & Wales University; University of North Georgia; Anderson University (SC); Miami University; UNC Asheville; Truett-McConnell College; University of Tennessee; Piedmont College; Brenau University; Winthrop University; University of West Georgia; University of Montevallo; Columbus State University; Darton State College; University of Georgia; Clemson University; Montreat College; Agnes Scott College and Western Carolina University.
