TFS varsity girls’ golf team continues success story

The Tallulah Falls School varsity girls’ golf team continued its two-year win streak in head-to-head matches on April 10 at Chateau Elan in Braselton, beating Flowery Branch High School by 27 strokes, 132 to 159.

Freshman Brinson Hall of Mt. Airy was low medalist for the day shooting a TFS record-tying score for nine holes of 40.

"Brinson played very consistently yesterday," said coach Allen Campbell. "She had every phase of her game going well; she has been working very hard on her game and it is starting to pay off."

Freshman Maggie Jackson of Clarkesville added a 45 and freshman Selah Anderson of Clarkesville a 47 to complete the scoring.

The boys' team posted their lowest score of the season but were unable to top the Flowery Branch boys team, according to Campbell.
