TFS Mushrooms advance to third consecutive Elite 8

The TFS Mushrooms on Friday secured their second Elite 8 appearance of the 2021-22 year, matching the fall season's team with the bid. This marks the third straight year the program has made the Elite 8. 

TFS dominated Northview's second team from start to finish, and will take on the first Northview team on Monday for a chance to get to the Final Four for the first time. 

Daniel Shin is ranked third and Jingan Sang is ranked fourth in their positions in the state playoffs as well.

"This team has worked hard and they are ready for the next step to the Final 4," says coach Casey Barron.
