Mitchell leads MS Lady Indians to win at Highlands

The MS Lady Indians used a 16-point game from Nora Mitchell to a 39-21 win at Highlands on Monday. 

After an 11-4 start through the first, the Lady Indians stretched the lead to 21-9 by halftime. Mitchell had seven points and Payton McEntire six by that point. 

From there, the girls brought it home after outscoring Highlands in every quarter. Behind the 16 points from Mitchell, the Lady Indians got seven from McEntire and six from Handley James. Mia Kerr had four, Linda White three, McKenzie McCoy two, and Sofia Alderfer one. 

TFS moves to 8-7 overall and 5-3 in Tri-State play.
