The 2020 season was in many ways different than it usually would be, but it finished just the way the Tallulah Falls School boys envisioned it - hoisting another championship trophy. The win earned the team back-to-back league titles.

On a perfect fall Wednesday afternoon, the middle school boys remained without blemish with wins over Habersham Central (3-0) in the semifinals followed by a 4-1 win over Rabun County to earn the title.

The season concludes with the boys at an unbeaten 9-0 mark. The win over Rabun County was the third victory over the local rivals this season.

"Even though the scores didn't really show it, it has been a difficult year," says coach Lisa Wilcox. "The masks, the social distancing, trying to help each of these players understand the importance of why. These boys have proved they are champions. As teams in the league greatly improved, so did our guys. After fighting each battle, they were able to conquer the war. I am more proud than I ever thought I could be. Congratulations to each of them."
