TFS has eight individuals to earn All-Area awards

The 2023 Area Champion Lady Indians did well with All-Area recognition, as announced prior to the championship match.

Coach Matt Heyl was named Coach of the Year, and senior hitter Addy McCoy earned Area Player of the Year honors. Senior Katarina Foskey was named to the First Team, while junior Chesney Tanksley, senior Ashlyn Yaskiewicz, and sophomores Kate Gary and Becca Heyl were all Second Team selections. Skylyn Yaskiewicz was an Honorable Mention.

TFS is 29-13, ranked #4 in the state, and just won its second straight Area Championship.
